CREATORS GLOW / LEGAL

Terms of Use

The draft rules for creators, brands and visitors using Creators Glow.

Last updated: 11 Aug 2026Draft for legal review
Important: This is a product-ready draft, not final legal advice. Before launch, add the final legal entity, registered address, governing jurisdiction, processors/vendors, retention periods and any market-specific clauses.

1. Agreement to these terms

These draft Terms of Use are intended to govern access to the Creators Glow website and future creator/brand platform. The final terms should identify the contracting legal entity, governing law and effective date before launch.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must provide accurate account and profile information.
  • You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • You must meet the minimum age and any consent requirements applicable in the market where the service is offered.
  • Creators Glow may require identity, business or payment verification for specific features.

3. Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of profile information, complying with campaign briefs they accept, meeting disclosure requirements that apply to sponsored or affiliate content, obtaining rights needed for submitted content, and communicating material delays or conflicts.

4. Brand responsibilities

Brands are responsible for accurate campaign information, lawful products and claims, clear deliverables, deadlines, usage-right requests, compensation terms and timely feedback. A brand should not request content or conduct that violates law, platform rules or another party’s rights.

5. Campaigns and applications

Campaign listings, invitations and applications do not guarantee selection, delivery, payment or performance. Campaign-specific terms may supplement these platform terms. Where campaign-specific terms conflict with these terms, the final production rules should state which document controls.

6. Payments, commissions and fees

Any paid collaboration, commission, reimbursement, platform fee, tax handling, payout threshold, refund or chargeback rule must be clearly shown in the relevant campaign or payment flow. Creators Glow should not make a payout or earnings promise unless the applicable conditions are satisfied.

7. Content and intellectual property

Users keep ownership of content they own. The production platform should request only the licences needed to host, display, process and deliver that content, and campaign briefs should separately define any brand usage rights, whitelisting, paid-media rights, exclusivity or reuse. Users must not upload content they do not have the right to use.

8. Affiliate and commercial disclosures

Creators and brands are responsible for following disclosure, advertising and consumer-protection requirements that apply to their content and market. Creators Glow may provide workflow prompts or labels, but those do not replace a user’s own legal obligations.

9. Prohibited use

  • Fraud, fake engagement, false identity or manipulated campaign reporting.
  • Harassment, unlawful discrimination, impersonation or abusive conduct.
  • Malware, scraping that disrupts the service, unauthorized access or attempts to bypass security.
  • Infringing, illegal or deceptive content and unlawful commercial activity.
  • Using the platform in a way that materially harms creators, brands, users or the service.

10. Moderation, suspension and termination

Creators Glow may review content or activity and restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, policy enforcement, legal compliance or platform integrity. The final product should define notice, appeal and account-deletion processes.

11. Service availability and disclaimers

The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain third-party integrations outside Creators Glow’s control. The final terms should include jurisdiction-appropriate warranty, liability and indemnity language reviewed by counsel. This draft intentionally does not insert aggressive liability clauses without a confirmed legal entity and governing jurisdiction.

12. Governing law and disputes

To be completed before launch. The governing law, courts/arbitration process, consumer-rights carve-outs and legal notice address depend on the final Creators Glow entity and launch markets.
