CREATORS GLOW / LEGAL

Privacy Policy

How Creators Glow intends to collect, use, share and protect information across the public site and future platform.

Last updated: 11 Aug 2026Draft for legal review
Important: This is a product-ready draft, not final legal advice. Before launch, add the final legal entity, registered address, governing jurisdiction, processors/vendors, retention periods and any market-specific clauses.

1. Who this policy covers

This draft explains how Creators Glow intends to handle personal information across the public website, creator onboarding, brand onboarding, contact forms, newsletter interest, and the future logged-in platform. The final policy should identify the legal entity that acts as data controller or business for each market.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use Creators Glow, we may collect information you provide directly and limited technical information generated when you use the service.

Creator informationName, email, country/region, social profile links, niche, platform, portfolio information and collaboration preferences.
Brand informationName, work email, company/brand details, market, campaign objectives and campaign requirements.
Support informationContact details, enquiry topic, and the content of messages sent to us.
Technical informationDevice/browser information, approximate location derived from IP where applicable, security logs, cookie identifiers and usage events if enabled.

3. How we may use information

  • Provide and operate creator, brand and campaign features.
  • Review onboarding applications and manage account access.
  • Match creators and campaigns using the information relevant to the brief.
  • Communicate about applications, campaigns, support and service updates.
  • Measure and improve product performance where permitted.
  • Protect the service, investigate misuse and maintain operational records.
  • Meet legal, accounting or regulatory requirements that apply to the business.

4. Legal bases and consent

The lawful basis for processing depends on the activity and the market. It may include performing a contract, taking steps requested before a contract, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests where appropriate, or consent when required. Optional marketing and non-essential tracking should not be treated as accepted simply because someone uses the site.

5. Sharing and service providers

Creators Glow may use service providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, analytics, authentication, payments, customer support and other platform operations. The final policy must name or clearly describe the actual categories of recipients and identify any third-party controllers where required. We do not include a vendor list here because the production stack is not final.

6. Retention and deletion

Personal information should be kept only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, including security, dispute, accounting and legal requirements. Before launch, Creators Glow should define specific retention schedules for applications, accounts, campaign records, support messages, payment records and analytics data.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request information about how your data is used, access a copy, correct inaccurate data, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, request portability, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator. Requests should be handled through the contact channel listed below and verified before account-level data is changed or disclosed.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Creators Glow may use strictly necessary technologies for security and site operation. Analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies should be controlled through the cookie preference experience where consent is required. See the Cookie Policy for the current approach.

9. Younger users

Final age eligibility and parental-consent rules must be set according to the markets in which Creators Glow launches and the features offered. The production signup flow should enforce those rules rather than relying only on policy text.

10. Security

We intend to use access controls, least-privilege permissions, encrypted transport, provider-supported encryption at rest, secure authentication and operational logging appropriate to the data being handled. No website or online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Contact and policy updates

For privacy questions or requests, email hello@creatorsglow.io. The production version should include the legal entity name, registered address and privacy contact/DPO details where applicable. We may update this policy when the product, vendors or legal requirements change.
